Cant Add Host a to an Unexpected Error Occurred If This Issue Continues Contact Support Save
Hi Reinis,
The second user is a limited / regular user? Does it work if you change the user account to have admin rights?
What is logged in the event viewer when outlook crashes?

Hello and thank you for replaying.
Yes, the second user is a limited user. I tried once to switch the second user to admin and see if it works, it didn't.
Can you be more specific about the event viewer - where do I need to look?
EDIT:
If I understand correctly you're asking about this info:
"Microsoft Outlook
An unexpected error has occurred.
P1: 300003
P2: 16.0.13001.20384
P3:
P4: 0x8000343F"
Cheers

That is probably the correct error is the time is the same time as the crah. Is that the extent of the event viewer message? You should be able to copy and paste it.

If you start outlook using run as admin, does it work?

No, it doesn't work if I start it with "run as admin" - still the same error appears.

Hello.
I've found a workaround for this problem. I'm not sure what has caused it, though.
I added a third user to the Windows (I added it with a name "TEST" and admin rights), and the Outlook worked fine for this user. Than I deleted the 2nd user from Windows for which Outlook did not work. At the end I modified the name and rights (downgraded the 3rd user to a standard user) and got where I needed to be - with two users - one admin, one standard, with account names as needed and office working for both of them.
